Job Description :
Construction company is currently searching for a Regional Manager to oversee the Cornville and Flagstaff, Arizona branch locations. The schedule for the role is Monday-Friday, operating during normal business hours (which range from 5 A.M.-5 P.M.).
Duties:
Oversee all employees at two branch locations (spending time working at the two locations)
Continuously reviewing branch operations regarding employee performance to determine any issues, recruiting needs, retention matters, training opportunities, etc.
Continually reviewing branch performance to increase sales, improve quality assurance measures, and create systems
Review and create branch financial reports to ensure overall financial health of the two branch locations (working alongside the corporate office financial team)
Step in to assist any member of the management team at either branch regarding warehouse, field, office, and/or branch/sales management duties
Evaluate and provide performance reviews, including interviewing and/or hiring/terminating employees as needed
Coordinate with the corporate mechanic shop manager to update vehicle/truck maintenance records and scheduling
Complete internal auditing of files, current systems, financials, and all other matters pertaining to the branch to ensure the branches are operating in the most efficient and safest way possible
Qualifications:
Construction and/or insulation experience in a residential and commercial environment required (including batts, blow-in, and spray foam/radiant barrier spray)
Strong problem solving abilities, with an understanding of QA measures
An effective leader and communicator, with prior management/leadership experience (prior experience overseeing a region, territory, or multiple locations a +)
Prior exposure to sales, marketing, and growing a successful business beneficial
Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
Must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 18 years old, and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds at multi-story residential sites and commercial buildings, work at heights, and safely climb in and out of small and non-climate controlled environments (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)
Understands and prioritizes workplace and construction site safety, creating a safety training program and ensuring all branch employees understand and follow the safety plan and procedures
Ability to lift heavy items and withstand exposure to heat, dust, and other weather/construction site conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
