Cross Road Health Ministries is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to work in our Glennallen, Alaska clinic where our mission is to show the love of the Lord Jesus Christ through accessible, quality healthcare.
Position Summary:
Manages individualized, goal directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with clinic and organizational policies and procedures and standards of nursing practice.
Works collaboratively with patients and their caregivers—to the extent preferred by each patient—as well as with other members of the CRHM Healthcare Team to accomplish shared goals within and across settings to achieve coordinated, high-quality care. Provides ongoing guidance, support and education to other members of the CRHM Healthcare Team as it pertains to ensuring effective, quality primary care for CRHM patients and their families.
Education/Experience:
Graduate from an accredited RN program
Registered Nurse Licensure with the State of Alaska
Experience with Urgent Care/Emergency Room and Family Practice.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support).
Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).
Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), preferred.
Current CALS (Comprehensive Advanced Life Support), preferred.
