Preparing Visa Guides for the season with reference to embassy guidelines.
Ensuring clear communication with School, parents, Embassy, VFS
Filling DS- 160 Forms
Making the pre-visa and pre-departure presentation
Finding the best option of flights (matching the itinerary, date of travel and budget)
Sharing seat and Meal request with vendor /airline
Web check in for schools (Groups)
Assisting all ground coordination for International Journeys i.e. Hotel Bookings, Train bookings, Bus/Coach, Itinerary preparation etc.
Experience of 2 to 3 years
