Who we are looking for:
The Client is a top-tier insurance firm.
This role will handle the Financial Services recruitment partnership/management for the client.
This role requires an experienced RPO leader who has the ability to partner with hiring managers and employees alike.
This role is to manage the Recruitment activity and ensure delivery of all permanent or temporary/contract recruitment across all skill bands, through the on and off-site teams.
Provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders
Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes for the Client
Manage the team effectively, encouraging focus on delivery and results
Identify and follow up opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Resource Solutions services
