Job Description :
Eligibility: Minimum 4 years of experience preferably from BPO background. Experienced in Operation who are having excellent analytical and communication skill with proficient knowledge in MS Office Suite, CRM & Web Based Applications with competent handling of phone calls and emails. A swift hand on keyboard is preferable.
Shift Preference: US Shift

Job Description
Responsible for managing the vendor team, closely monitoring the orders, and play a significant role in expanding business operations throughout North America.
Continuous interaction with the vendors and the clients based out of USA.
Compiling and sending the status and completion reports and holding status calls with the contractors.
Performing feasibility checks, providing estimates with suggestions for projects that are current and in pipeline.
Prioritize the jobs as per the complexities and deadlines and ensure systematic distribution of work amongst the team.
Multitasking will be an essential quality for this job role.
You should be a proactive problem solver who would understand and properly interpret the clients’ requirements and track the order system.
Job role will involve but not limited to back office operations, analysis, and email or phone communication with Vendors and Client.
