Overview:
Canon Financial Services in Mount Laurel, NJ is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative II (Representative, Cust Svc II) who will be responsible to provide professional, courteous, responsive and accurate service to our customers that is in harmony with the Canon Brand image.
Responsibilities:
3+ years of Customer Service/Call Center experience
Ability to understand LW Accounting system (Credit/Debits/Accounting Offsets)
Ability to explain credit invoices to a customer (understand if they are offsets or true credits)
Ability to post 0.00 dollar receipts
Account reconciliations
Ability to Rebook and Restructure Contracts for tax exemptions, due date changes, billing frequency changes, removal of interim rent
Answer incoming phone calls
Complete all incoming mail and requests both internal and external
Quote buyouts and upgrades as leads to Canon Authorized dealers while protecting portfolio integrity
Ability to understand and select the appropriate payoff effective date for a customer account
Practices Customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team
Business Acumen. Ability to understand and carry out business strategy/goals in order to achieve target results.
Drive for Results. Achieve difficult goals, having high self-confidence in his/her abilities, lead by example.
Building Relationships. Understand the dynamics of the team; actively work to improve communication to both our internal and external customers. Develop trust.

Problem Solving. Solve complex problems by taking ownership
Independently provide highest level of customer service with first call resolution when possible
Ability to make sound, factual based timely decisions to provide an extraordinary service experience with customers.
Propose process improvement solutions and/or participate in projects centered around the resolution of recurring issues and inefficiencies.
Build and maintain working relationships with other Canon associates, our Dealers and our Customers.
Professionalism – Ambassador to CFS, projecting a professional, positive image of CFS at all times.
Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.
Effective and efficient handling of customer transactions in real time including, but not limited to: working simultaneously with multiple software applications; immediate/direct keyboarding into customer service
