REMOTE OPPORTUNITY!!

Qualified candidates should possess the following:
Build, manage, and develop the residency, scholastic, and event strategy for the enterprise for the purpose of acquiring top clinical and professional talent.
Partner with medical/technical schools and colleges to build networking relationships, developing leads and coordinating with recruitment team on effective execution.
Develop, support, and execute creative recruitment strategies to identify top talent for positions and achieve desired KPIs and client satisfaction.
Minimum 3-5 years in event coordination, and interaction with clinical leaders. Leadership experience, and ability to influence without authority across a national organization.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Residency & Events Manager is responsible for the research, identification, and support functions to enable engagement with, and long term relationships with; Residency Programs, and other ACGME accredited programs that train and educate Physicians, in addition to scholastic organizations for Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, and other medical professionals. Supports the planning, organizing, and alignment of data and potential candidate leads to support the Talent Acquisition team’s ability to effectively grow shot, medium, and long term pipelines. Recommends and implements outreach and events strategies to achieve and maintain desired staffing levels within the enterprise, while executing on tactical goals and information gathering, training and development, internal and external communications, as well as maintaining data integrity in CRM/ATS and other tracking systems to retain intellectual property.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Builds, manages, and develops the residency, scholastic, and event strategy for the enterprise for the purpose of acquiring top clinical and professional talent.
Researches established programs, and leads and executes effective outreach plans for the purpose of delivering effective engagement.
Supports growth of data sets and accurate data integrity in applicable application tracking systems, customer relationship management tools, social media, and job posting and resume database sites
Gains knowledge of the job qualifications, experience, and competencies for identification of successful future candidates.
Follows through on service level agreements and ensures effective and professional candidate, and hiring manager experience.
Develops, supports, and executes creative recruitment strategies to identify top talent for positions and achieve desired KPIs and client satisfaction.
Provides day one guidance for new employees, explains company policies and expectations, procedures, and benefits, contacts.
Partners with medical/technical schools and colleges to build networking relationships, developing leads and coordinating with recruitment team on effective execution.
Participates in support of and at times virtually or in person at employer spotlight events, job fairs and other company information sessions.
Delivers consistent reporting, quarterly business reviews, and strategic overviews to leadership as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree, or equivalent military or professional civilian experience equating to the training and development typically obtained in a 4 year institution of higher learning.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3-5 years in events coordination, and interactions with clinical leaders. Leadership experience, and ability to influence without authority across a national organization.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and skilled in interviewing techniques and methods, human resources policies and procedures, and federal, state, and other laws governing employment practices
Up to date on social media utilization, resume and database manipulation, excel and other Microsoft software
Computer savvy, able to troubleshoot major and minor challenges
High degree of initiative, judgement and discretion
Results oriented and strong interpersonal skills
Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
High confidentiality
Ability to develop standards
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
Non-patient facing
May be either full time remote/telework or rotate working in the office and remote/telework
Based in near shore operation in Monterey Mexico
Office environment
Frequent telephone and email interaction
Requires sitting for long periods; also stooping, bending and stretching for files and supplies
Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, type at 35 wpm, operate calculator, copier, and other office equipment
Views and types on computer screens for long periods
Works in a high-volume environment

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
