Experience:
2+ years experience working for an insurance restoration company as a Lead Technician/ Crew Chief responding to insurance restoration losses involving water mitigation.
Duties:
Respond to property losses that involve water, fire, storms
Responsible for overseeing 2+ Technicians
Participate in an on-call rotation(1 week on every 6 weeks)
Train new technicians
