Channel Control Merchants, LLC is now accepting applications for a RETAIL OPERATIONS RECRUITER.
Identifying and recruiting top talent has always been a high priority for Channel Control Merchants. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter role is essential in the pursuit of attracting quality candidates.
Expectations of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Position will post all openings for the Stores
Develop relationships with Store Leaders, District Managers to identify talent to fill position vacancies
Effectively pre-screen store leadership candidates (Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers)
Coordinate and schedule candidates for interviews with Store Managers, District Managers
Assist in the identification of local recruiting events that store leaders can attend
Attend collegiate-level career fairs to identify and recruit potential candidates
Establish weekly reporting to ensure Talent Acquisition metrics are met.
Maintain and train new store managers on the Talent Acquisition Tool Kit that leaders will use to attract talent to CCM.
Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate would demonstrate:
Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office
Superior verbal and written communication skills
A strong fit with the company’s unique culture
Be comfortable with ambiguity
Solid project management skills
Ability to contribute to multiple assignments simultaneously
Ability to work with little direct supervision
Capacity to work well across functions and be comfortable interacting with executives as well as hourly team members
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter requires 30% overnight travel for recruitment located predominately in the southeast US.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience within a related field that totals no less than three to five years
Pre-employment background check required.
