Job Description :
The ICG O&T Chief Operating Office is a driving factor in delivering value to our organization, our businesses, regulators and stakeholders. With responsibility for Risk & Controls, Production Support and Business Unit Management, the Chief Operating Office enables the organization to execute on ICG O&T’s Vision and Strategy by supporting our people and leadership team. Within ICG O&T Chief Operating Office, the Business Unit Management team is responsible for the group’s ongoing planning, administrative and organizational development activities. These include management of the Financial, Headcount, Executive level reporting Real Estate and Vendor Management Planning Processes; as well as providing ongoing support to the Chief Operating Office Leadership Team. Risk & Control Reporting Analyst will be a key resource supporting Risk & Control Analysis, Governance and Program Management for ICG O&T Chief Operating Office: Support preparation of content & reporting for various senior management risk & control forums.

Reporting responsibilities can include gathering of risk & control information/updates from senior leaders & business partners or from system resources, and then editing & finalizing content for senior executive level presentation.

Participate in preparation sessions and assemble reporting requirements for key monthly & quarterly executive level forums
Build an understanding of Issue remediation process at high level. Support analysis and writeups for high focus or aged issues. Also support creation of summaries related to events of high impact requiring escalation to senior leadership. These include significant potential loss events and high severity technology events/issues.

Be an active participant in creation of strategic analysis and reporting for senior leadership.
Assist with adhoc reporting and other Business Office deliverables as needed Qualifications Preferably some relevant experience in Financial Services, Risk & Control, Compliance, Consulting, Chief of Staff or Business Unit Management Role

Strong PowerPoint & Excel skills Required. Familiarity with SharePoint Strong writing skills, strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to collaborative with staff & leaders at all levels of the organization

Multi-tasking capabilities with the aptitude to adjust priorities as circumstances dictate
Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
A team player with good work ethic and willingness to get involved and drive progress

Adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
