Job Description :
Title: Sales – Program Manager
Location: Holland, MI.
Job Summary:
This job performs Program (Project) Management of global OEMs’ in US EV market through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the contact representative of LGESMI and HQ for vehicle development. A key requirement will be to identify and gather accurate customer and internal information to achieve strategic development plans.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and support customer meeting on site and/or via conference call
Lead Cross-functional reviews both locally and globally (HQ) to capture internal and customer requirements
Commercial and Technical
Engage in sales activities for assigned customers as required.
Capture critical performance requirements at the pre-proposal stage to assist with proposal efforts
Ability to articulate project challenges to project stakeholders and leaderships in a timely manner for escalation transparency and guidance
Development Milestone Management, Risk Management to meet SOP
Monitor and Manage material / timing impacts
Daily communication with respective OEM(customer) and with HQ
Responsible for PPAP completion
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required
Business Management, Engineering background Major is preferred
1~3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
Experience in the Automotive industry is preferred (e.g. PPAP, 4M change, etc.)
English/Korean bi-lingual required
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
