Southgate Lincoln is searching for a talented individual to join our Service Department, experience is not required!
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone are required.
Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
Previous Ford/Lincoln experience is a plus.
Experience in the Service Department/writing a repair order is a plus.
Job Responsibilities Will Include:
Customer interaction and communication, both in person, over the phone, and via messaging.
A strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction, going the extra mile for our customers.
Taking appointments and updating customers promptly and at regular intervals.
Writing repair orders and communicating with technicians.
