Penske Automotive Group is looking for motivated Service Appointment Coordinators to join our call center based in Englewood, NJ.
We will train the right candidate, no prior automotive experience is needed! If you have a genuine interest in providing fantastic customer service to our clients, apply now! 25% remote option after 4 to 6 month training period.

As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will promptly, professionally, and courteously help connect customers with our dealership team and arrange for valuable service appointments in a call center environment. Our average team member earns between $38,000-$45,000 per year while working in a safe and supportive environment with a traditional Monday through Friday, 5-day work week, schedule 9:30am-6pm and every other Saturday. On weeks working Saturday, you will receive a day off during the week.

Entry level customer service role which focuses on making appointments through various tasks for the service departments of six different New Jersey dealerships
Answer high volume inbound phone calls and internet leads with the goal of converting each one into a service appointment
Make outbound phone calls to schedule service appointments and help fill each day’s appointment capacities for each location
Maintain consistent quality with every call based on criteria provided by management
Detail customer concerns and set appropriate expectation for each appointment to ensure a positive experience
Escalate and detail customer complaints to appropriate management team(s)

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!
