Key responsibilities:

Deliver high quality end-to-end software solutions as part of a scrum team
Collaborate with our developers, architects and product partners to help define and prioritize the team’s backlog and determine solutions to deliver it
Able to understand production issues and provide quick resolutions with quality
Able to own and lead in engineering best practices adoption across their team

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

BS/BA/MS degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of demonstrated hands-on development experience in Core Java language and J2EE technologies
10+ years of hands-on experience building applications based on Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST based Micro Services and API standards
Prior working experience in cloud-based solutions (AWS), Spark, Kafka and Kubernetes is a plus
Excellent knowledge of application development, industry engineering standards and infrastructure engineering disciplines expected
Experience working in Agile development model with exposure to industry-wide software engineering practices such as automated testing and continuous integration & deployment (CI/CD) using GIT, Jenkins, etc.
Understanding of architecture and design patterns with proven ability to independently manage design, development and testing of application features
Experience in work in large, collaborative cross-office and cross-departmental teams to achieve organizational goals
Passionate about building an innovative culture and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor junior developers
