Job Description :
Traditional SLP needed for established small practice in the West Valley
Willing to service a caseload of 25 plus patients
Conduct patient evaluations (test/assessment materials provided by agency
Willing to travel and provide in-person therapy services
Ability to supervise (additional prepaid monthly rate)
Qualifications
Licensed in the State of Arizona or able to obtain licensure in the state
Additional state required certifications provided by agency (Article 9, FCC, etc.)
Professional team player with the ability to lead and the willingness to serve
