Job Description :
We are looking for a customer service oriented store manager to oversee daily operations at our store. As the store manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative task, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining visual standards. The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals.
Store Manager Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store following Plan-O-Gram.
