This wholesale management position earns a competitive salary of $50,000 – $60,000, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A STORE MANAGER
As a Store Manager, you are integral to the success of our company. You lead the general operations of the sales office and warehouse to ensure that all routine business functions are performed accurately and efficiently. Providing excellent customer service is your top priority and you enjoy helping them in-person and over the phone. You carefully fulfill customer orders and ensure timely deliveries. Your organizational skills come in handy as you manage the equipment and parts inventory. You lead and inspire your team to drive counter sales and maintain customer satisfaction, by putting their needs first. You take pride in overseeing a successful profit center for our company!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STORE MANAGER
Solid computer skills
Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs.
Distribution or dealer experience would be a plus. Experience operating forklifts, management experience, and 3+ years of HVAC experience are preferred but we will train the right person! Are you highly organized? Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills? Are you a go-getter with a drive to win and succeed? Do you take pride in your work? WORK SCHEDULE
This wholesale management position typically works Monday – Friday.
