Are you an innovative and dynamic professional looking to be the Director of a Student Health and Counseling Centre, where you will be developing and implementing a department mission with the goal of assuring student well-being? The Director is a key decision-maker in the operation and strategic direction of a comprehensive college healthcare program. This position will include the administrative supervision of dedicated physical and mental healthcare professionals. This position is highly rewarding and an opportunity to positively impact the success of students.

What are we looking for?
M.D; D.O.; M.S.N. or D.N.P.
Ability to get licensed in Alaska in a timely manner
DEA licensure
At least 7 years of clinical experience
5 years of administrative experience including the supervision of healthcare providers
BLS certification or the ability to become BLS certified within 180 days of hire
Experience with fiscal management of a medical facility.
Experience in organizational leadership, personnel management, decision-making, and conflict management
Ability to actively participate in long-range strategic planning for a university unit and division
Ability to design, implement, assess and administer programs to support student needs in a higher education environment
