Overview:
This fast-paced role is the administrative focal point for School of Rock Princeton. This person reports to and provides administrative support for the General Manager of the School. The ideal candidate has outstanding customer service skills and the ability to juggle many tasks.
Primary Duties:
Handle scheduling for music school
Assist GM & MD with all administrative tasks
Schedule leads, provide tours for prospective students and parents
Greet, look after and ensure the safety of the students
Handle opening and closing of school
Answers phones and field inquiries; pitch the music program
Attend shows / events, look after students, collect tickets and leads
Assume GM responsibilities when GM is not on premises (i.e. Show Seasons, GM PTO and during summer camp)
Manage students, staff, and all liabilities on and off site.
Candidate Requirements:
Two years + working Front Desk, Reception, and/or Customer Service role
Attention to detail and successful at multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
Welcoming, outgoing demeanor essential
Good team player who collaborates well
Assist with social media and promotions
Interest in music and related arts or experience working with young people a plus
Valid Drivers License
CPR & First Aid or with in 90 days of hire
