Designation : System Executive
Job Description : We are looking for dynamic individuals who can handle the below-mentioned tasks: ? Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining. ? Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media. ? Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritise needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions. ? Directing or performing Website updates. ? Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types. ? Editing, writing, or designing Website content, and directing team members who produce content. ? Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups. ? Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery. ? Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction. ? Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems. ? Determining user needs by analysing technical requirements. The following are the mandates for the candidates: ? Bachelor’s degree in Web development or related field, or relevant experience. ? Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications. ? Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS. ? Proficient in My SQL. ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. ? Good written and verbal communication. ? Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology. ? Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them. ? High degree of independent judgement. ? Dedicated team player. ? Complex problem solving skills. If you are joining our team, you will need to have a good command over the following: ? Website: Java, Python, Angular, React Native, NodeJS, Bootstrap ? Application: Java, Python, Flutter, React Native, swift Also, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications: ? Decision-making – Weighing various options and determining what actions will yield the best results for the company’s success. ? Delegation – Delegate tasks to the right people. ? Networking – Building relationships both inside and outside of the organization to create valuable connections ? Planning – IT executives need to envision the future of the ID department and determine what actions and decisions will best contribute to the end goal of the company. ? Stress Management – Being a top leader often involves a good deal of stress, so maintaining grace under pressure serves one well. Positions available: ? Full Time: 4 Payscale for Full Time: ? Probation Period(60 days/ 2 Months): Rs. 12,000 per month ? Final On-board: Rs. 21,000 per month
