Our newest service helps out bartenders, service industry workers, and hospitality professionals that have been put out of work because of COVID-19 closures. We have launched a homemade bottled-cocktail delivery service – like Favor for cocktails – and staffing out-of-work industry workers to do the deliveries.
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent experience for Game Day Events. This bartender should be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Job Description:
The role of the Tailgate Operations Lead is to prepare for, set up & breakdown all full service Tailgate Events or drop boxes at one of the college campuses Sourced Craft Cocktails operates at during tailgate season. Each game has the possibility of being big or small depending on the two teams that are playing that week, we expect you to be able to be flexible and handle the different workloads each week may bring. The tailgate season starts in September and ends in December, you will be working every home game, this will require you to be available Thursday – Sunday each weekend there is a game at your college.
Core Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Operations Manager in your market to prepare and execute full service and drop off orders for the Tailgate Guys
Be communicative. Report any issues that arise or procedures that arent working during your shift
Follow Packout Procedures for load in and load out of each event
Assist in Cleaning and Re-Organizing the Event Equipment after each event
Inventory Orders to ensure you have the correct amount of product for each event
Provide direction to any extra on site or warehouse helpers
Punctuality
Qualifications:
Available for entire tailgate season
Flexible schedule
Ability to lift up to 60lbs. repetitively
Reliable transportation
Reliable phone
Bartending experience
Warehouse management experience a plus
