BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our Office Talent Acquisition Team. This role will be remote. Candidate must live within the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
As the Coordinator you will:
Assisting Talent Acquisition Partners with sourcing candidates through job boards
Assist with onboarding candidates including running federal exclusion checks, auditing files, and sending hiring forms to the office
Managing reports as well as provide basic support for the Talent Acquisition team
Sending monthly and weekly e-blasts advertising the requisitions for all divisions
Adjust easily to change and take initiative with team projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of Human resource or recruiting experience required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
Demonstrated leadership skills, customer service focus, self-motivation, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision
