Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:

Technical knowledge: ability to understand the technical challenges of the organizational architecture to apply critical thinking to solutions
Acutely attuned with the needs of the business and has a technical understanding of the architecture to make sure those objectives are met
Comfortable talking about technical matters with the business organization and act as a conduit with the technical teams. Ability to express complex concepts in plain language
Domain Knowledge: understands the objectives and key results and status of efforts within the organization and ability to identify technology solutions
Partners with team to decompose epics and stories into actionable tasks
Evaluate and provide recommendations for opportunities to provide business value
Be subject matter expert within the CAO space while developing a robust understanding of data environment, operations process and business knowledge
Proven track record at building and leveraging long lasting relationships
Leverage Lean Agile methodology

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in data and/or reporting function
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, statistics, economics or information management
Strong technical background including hands-on experience with SQL, Cognos and Tableau
Knowledge of standard data warehousing structures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills: ability to identify key issues, gather and analyze data to support hypotheses, develop actionable recommendations and present analyses, conclusions and recommendations in a concise and cogent manner
Analytical skills: The candidate must be highly analytical, with demonstrable experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources and developing creative solutions
Strong organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to set expectations, manage to timelines and deliver results
