We are looking for a highly motivated TERRITORY/ACCOUNT MANAGER to join and support the Team in the Ann Arbor, Michigan. This position is responsible to sell a full line of cannabis products, including flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, edibles, vapes and topicals. Additionally, the Territory Manager will sell and further develop the cannabis accessories business with new and existing dispensaries. The primary job function is focused on growing cannabis and cannabis accessories volume and distribution within the legal dispensary channel.

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position plays a lead role in the establishment and growth of customer relationships, and in our mission to be ‘First Choice’ for our customers. This role is responsible for:
identifying, prioritizing and winning business with new independent customers
managing retail dispensary outlet relationships
executing sales initiatives and be a key contributor of high performance
leading new business development in the Private Dispensary Channel by creating and delivering insightful, business building customer selling stories
refining and leading implementation of selling tools and processes for the new team using a customer relationship management (CRM) platform
working closely with trade marketing to develop, implement, and measure winning customer solutions
developing and maintaining competent industry and product related knowledge

Successful candidates will bring…

excellent communication and a demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with customers

two (2) to five (5) years direct selling experience for a CPG or beverage alcohol company including both account service and new account hunting and development; CPG and beverage alcohol experience in retail is preferred
proven experience working with a CRM system
formal sales training and direct-to-business customer experience
ability to prioritize and manage workload across multiple simultaneous tasks, in a fast-paced work environment, while ensuring delivery of high-quality work and meeting timelines
high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Outlook, Excel)
experience with Oracle NetSuite and CRM tools is an asset
