Job Description
This role will have responsibility for managing a team of business-aligned Resourcing Partners, and forming a strategic partnership with a specific business area to understand their objectives and design a recruitment strategy that supports their Client’s objectives.
To provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders
Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes for the Client.
Managing a team effectively, encouraging focus on delivery and results
Ensure meaningful MI information and reporting is produced that measures and reflects the value Resource Solutions adds to the client
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Source profiles from various sources like Naukri, LinkedIn, References, and Internal Database.
Interact with the candidate, doing the initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand the job role.
Analyze Job Profile and Client Company’s Profile.
Initiate Job Posting and Bulk Mailing
Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
Prepare candidates for interviewing with the clients by providing detailed information about job descriptions, and expectations.
Interact with clients/Managers and understand the requirements.
Schedule & Coordinate the interview between Candidate and Client.
Take feedback after the interview. Repeat the process until the Position/Mandates/ Requirements are closed.
Looking for candidates through Mapping, Head Hunting for Senior Requirements
Coordinate with the candidate until Joining and Receiving Payment
Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as Position Status, interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
Sound communication skills to deal with the candidates & Good at client interaction.
Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.
