Job Description :
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts to ensure accurate order entry and scheduled all inbound and outbound shipments. In addition the CSR will be handling distributor inquiries, communicating with co-packers and logistics providers and may be responsible for offering support to the Logistics staff as well. This position requires an individual who has the ability to multi-task, be organized, work in a fast paced environment and who can seamlessly transition to the day-to-day demands and changes of the Customer Service Department. Routing Experience Preferred

Essential Job Functions:

Work efficiently and accurately
Manage multiple accounts at a time.
Data entry
Taking distributor inquiries via telephone and email
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Interact with a multitude of internal areas including Sales, Transportation, Production Planning, Inventory Control, and Accounting
Interact with a multitude of external customers including Carriers, Distributors, Brokers, and Warehouse facilities.
Work independently and excellent time management
Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and communicate to customer if there is a delay
Utilizing 3PL Software System Daily
Other duties as assigned by Management

Position Requirements:

Routing Experience Preferred
Previous customer service experience in 3PL organization is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to understand issues, help create solutions
Superior attention to detail
Positive attitude, self-motivated and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
Microsoft Office
WMS System
