This position supports U.S. Wealth Management and the Private Bank.
Primary Duties
Analyze potential client complaints
Log client complaints per FINRA guidelines
Submit potential complaint-related FINRA filings to the Firm’s Registration department for review
Assist with FINRA filing-related reconcilements
Categorize, log, and respond to internal and external emails received in Wealth Management Executive Office shared mailbox
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5 years of securities industry experience
Complaint handling experience preferred
Knowledge of FINRA rules
Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred
Series 9/10, 24, 53, 4, and Life and Disability licenses desirable
