CSCT Behavioral Specialist
Comprehensive School and Community Treatment (CSCT)
4 FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE!!
Non-Exempt Positions – Great Falls
Duties: A mental health professional providing therapeutic intervention in the CSCT Program as part of a team to stabilize and promote mental health wellness. Provides therapeutic intervention to clients in all aspects of their day, including school, groups, home, and recreational activities. Works with CSCT Therapist as part of a multidisciplinary team. Bargaining unit position must participate in the Union pension fund.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human services field or education preferred. Individuals with other educational backgrounds who, as providers, consumers, or advocates of mental health services have developed the necessary knowledge and skills (minimum is graduation from high school or GED with four years’ experience with children in the human service field or a combination of relevant experience and education). Must have a strong knowledge base in the following areas: developmental stages of childhood, behavior management issues, and an understanding of the various forms of serious emotional disturbance. Travel required. Must have current MT Drivers License, personal vehicle and current vehicle insurance.
