Opening: Customer Service Representative (4 Available Positions)
City: Anchorage, AK
WHO THEY ARE: A local automotive & repair shop is in search of multiple Customer Service Representatives to join their team in providing excellent service to all customers. This company is open to candidates who do not have customer service experience but is eager & determined to learn.
WHAT YOU’ LL DO:
Greet customers in a professional & friendly way
Schedule appointments
Collects vehicle & customer information
Arranges towing and temporary transportation
Maintain automotive records by recording problems
Maintain customer service area clean & orderly
Processes customer invoices & payments
WHAT’ S IN IT FOR YOU:
Continued professional growth
$15 without customer service experience
$17 – $20 with customer service experience
Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation, Retirement, 401k & Life Benefits
Full-Time & Permanent Schedule, Monday – Friday.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Positive attitude & professional appearance
Ability to work independently, critically & strategically
Proficiency with computers
A High School Diploma or Equivalent
