Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Agent to join our busy team. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, aiding with guest luggage and cordial interaction with customers. The Front Desk Agent is also responsible for answering incoming calls and requests at the front desk, as well as providing information regarding local activities, restaurants and tourist attractions.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls.
Screen visitors and visitors of others.
Answer questions from peers, co-workers and managers.
Direct visitors to the appropriate department.
Answer visitor questions, such as where to park or how to find a particular office.
Answer inbound calls.
Screen visitors and visitors of others.
Greet incoming visitors promptly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
