***FULL TIME POSITION – SPLIT SHIFTS MONDAY – FRIDAY 7:15AM -11:15AM *BREAK* 3PM-7PM
FAST PACED Chiropractic practice with a clinic in Hollywood has an immediate opening for a front desk / chiropractic assistant position.
This is a cross trained position for front desk & back office.

Front Desk/ Back office responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival.
Ensuring that the waiting area remains in excellent condition at all times.
Answering phone calls and responding to e-mails.
Scheduling appointments.
Collecting and recording patients’ personal and medical information.
Verifying payment methods, including patients’ auto/health insurance coverage.
Preparing/sanitizing treatment rooms
Performing treatment/therapy to patients during their appointments.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Well-groomed, professional appearance.
Able to work split shift, with reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
